Petitioer complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, despite the complaint lodged to the police, they are inactive. She refers to an order passed under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned advocate appearing for the State refers to the written instructions. He submits that, the petitioner did not lodge any complaint. The private respondents lodged a complaint, which was enquired into. The police also started a suo motu case. Both the cases were enquired into and on enquiry the police found that there are civil disputes amongst the private parties relating to an immovable property.

The report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

In view of the police taking steps on the complaint lodged by the private respondents as also registering a case suo motu and the police arriving at the findings as noted above, no interference is called for. The private parties are at liberty to avail of their remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

W. P. A. No.11145 of 2021 is disposed of, accordingly.
