Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioners pray for withholding/deferring of the election of the Society in question, the terms of Board of which has expired long back in 2017. Petitioners are members of the Society and they want deferring of the election on the flimsy plea of State Panchyat Election which has nothing to do with the election of the Society, neither the petitioners are the authority who are conducting authority of the Panchyat Election nor the election of the Board. I find no merits in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 10472 of 2023 is dismissed.
