This writ application has been filed by six writ petitioners but court fees in respect of only one has been paid. Unless full court fees are paid, I am not inclined to hear this matter.

Learned advocate for the petitioners intimates that full court fees against entry no. A 7209 dated 20th July, 2021 has been paid. He submits that the facts of this matter have resemblance to the order passed by this court in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) on 9th July, 2021.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that this matter is covered by a judgement delivered by this court in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) on 9th July, 2021. However, I have been told that in this matter there is an appeal court's judgement and order dated 20th July, 2021. Therefore, this judgement and order delivered by me on 9th July, 2021 does not have any separate and independent existence after passing of the appeal court's judgement and order in MAT No. 638/2021.

In view of the above the petitioners have the liberty to follow the appeal court's judgement as has been stated above.

With these observations this writ application is disposed of.
