Petitioner seeks waiver of the condition of anticipatory bail granted on August 27, 2021.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is complying with the conditions granting anticipatory bail and since the police filed charge-sheet and supplementary charge-sheet, the condition requiring the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer once a month should be waived.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits a communication dated April 1, 2022 which be taken on record. In such communication, the police does not say that there is anything adverse so far as his conduct as against the petitioner. Considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet and supplementary charge-sheet and considering the fact that there is no adverse report as against the petitioner, we waive the requirement of the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once a month as directed by the order dated August 27, 2021 as modified on November 26, 2021. All other conditions of the anticipatory bail granted on August 27, 2021 as modified on November 26, 2021 will remain the same.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 2 of 2022 is disposed of.
