Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses disclosing role of the petitioner in the murder of the victim. His prayer for bail was rejected in February, 2022 and there is no change in circumstance since the said rejection of bail. In view of the aforesaid fact, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. The application being CRM(DB) No. 1532 of 2022 is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
