The petitioners seek the TET OMR sheet in the year 2014. They have waited until the year 2024, for filing the writ application.

This Court is considering the writ petition filed in the year 2022 in respect of the same TET, 2014. The petitioners must, therefore, be deemed as fence-sitters.

They did not bother to apply for the OMR sheet in terms of the notification of the Board dated September 14, 2016.

The writ petition is, therefore, hopelessly barred by delay and laches. No relief can be granted to the petitioners.

W.P.A. 11309 of 2024 fails and is hereby dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
