Petitioner has approached this Court for fair and impartial investigation. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that already the police authorities have effected arrest in respect of some of the accused persons and the investigation of the case is in progress.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is case and counter-case.

The police authorities are continuing with the investigation.

Since both the parties are at loggerhead, police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure

that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties. Police authorities would also take the investigation of both the cases to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10429 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
