Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharyya ... for the respondent Nos.1/UOI Mr. Arijit Bakshi ... for the respondent Nos.2 The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that an application being CAN 1/2018 (Old No. CAN 4272/2018) had been filed earlier on 29.06.2018 which was not within his knowledge since it had been a changed brief and inadvertently the learned advocate representing the petitioner had filed the applications being CAN 2 of 2024 and CAN 3 of 2024. He further intended not to press these applications as aforesaid. Accordingly, the applications being CAN 2 of 2024 and CAN 3 of 2024 are dismissed as not pressed. The learned advocate representing the petitioner is to serve the CAN application being CAN 1/2018 (Old No. CAN 4272/2018) upon the learned advocate

representing the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 prior to the next date of hearing.

The affidavit-in-opposition to the aforesaid CAN application, if any, be filed by the respondent Nos. 1 & respondent Nos. 3 & 4 by 24th April, 2025. The affidavit -in-reply, if any, be filed by the petitioner by 6th May, 2025.

Let the matter be fixed on 7th May, 2025.
