His death certificate is also annexed. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant revisional application has become infructuous and it may be disposed of.

Under the above circumstances, instant revisional application being CRR 1592/2023 is dismissed as infructuous Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Consequently, application, if any, is thus disposed of.

A copy of the order be sent to the learned court below immediately for information.
