Ms. Soma Mal Mr. Avik Pramanik .....for the petitioners Mr. Ratul Biswas Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ......for the WBBPE Mr. Tanmay Kumar Ghosh ....for the State Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record. In addition thereto, documents have been filed on behalf of the petitioners in support of depositing additional Court Fees since there are six writ petitioners.

Petitioners have common grievance that till date concerned authority of West Bengal Board of Primary Education (hereinafter referred to as "Board") has not issued TET certificate in consideration of the fact that petitioners qualified Teacher Eligibility Test, 2014 (for short „TET, 2014").

Mr. Biswas, learned advocate representing the Board submits on instruction that if

reasonable time is accorded, TET certificate can be issued in favour of the petitioners who qualified TET, provided necessary documents are submitted before the Board establishing that petitioners qualified TET, 2014. It is submitted by learned advocate representing the petitioners that petitioners will be able to submit requisite documents in support of their contention that they qualified TET, along with teacher training qualification.

In view of the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioners shall be at liberty to submit relevant documents before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education being respondent no. 6 in support of their qualification of TET, 2014 along with requisite teacher training qualification by four weeks from date. If aforesaid documents are submitted within the specified time, respondent no. 6 shall issue TET certificate to the petitioners by twelve weeks thereafter.

However, it is made clear that TET certificate shall be issued in favour of the petitioners if requisite documents are submitted by them before the concerned authority of the Board.

With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
