The writ petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated July 19, 2021.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that his clients are abiding by the order dated July 16, 2021 passed by the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the private respondents acted in

violation of the order dated July 16, 2021 of the Corporation.

Petitioners are, however, unable to place any material on record to substantiate the allegation that there was a violation of the order by the private respondents subsequent to July 16, 2021 at the prima facie level. In any event such issue is kept open.

In view of the stand taken by the private respondents and in view of the order of the Corporation dated July 16, 2021, further interference by the Writ Court is not called for.

Accordingly, WPA 11237 of 2021 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
