For the State By the order dated April 26, 2024, we placed on record the offer of the petitioners to put in the sum of Rs.3 lakhs which was involved in the police complaint as security to establish the bona fide of the petitioners.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not in a position to comply with the offer made to the Court.

Materials in the case diary make out a case for investigation as against the petitioners.

Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.
