1. Let supplementary affidavit, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The relief sought for in the instant writ petition has already been addressed in view of the election which has been held and a new Board has already taken over the aegis of the Cooperative Society.

3. In view of the aforestated, nothing remains to be adjudicated further in this writ petition.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 6.Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to be denied.

7.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
