Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mrs. Debjani Sahu .....For the State The Memorandum of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. Affidavit of service so filed also be kept with the record. The report so submitted by the police officer associated with Sagar Police Station reflects that charge was framed on 20th May, 2022 and the evidence of CSW 1/Tanu Mal was recorded on 29th August, 2022 and the next date of the case has been fixed on 27th February, 2023.

The revisional application was filed for quashing of the charge-sheet. Having considered the same, I find that there has been substantial progress in the trial of the case and the evidence has commenced, as such, I am not inclined to interfere with the continuance of the proceedings. Petitioners will be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application in course of the trial and at the final stage of the arguments of the case. Learned A.C.J.M., Kakdwip is directed to fix at least one date in a month for the instant criminal case so that the trial of the case can be concluded at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 1468 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
