Report filed on behalf of the State along with a Pen Drive containing two video footages, as filed in Court, are taken on record.

Copy of report and video footage be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. By an order dated 11.06.2024 passed by this Court in WPA 6817 of 2024, this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to intimate her intended date and time of return to her property to the Officer in Charge of Bolpur Police Station with 24 hours' notice. Thereafter, the Officer in Charge was directed to make necessary arrangement to escort her back to her property accompanied by armed police personnel. The entry to the property was directed to be

videographed. In spite of communicating this order to the police, they have taken no steps to comply with the order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor denies the allegations and submits as follows. In pursuance of the order, armed police escorted back the petitioner to her own residence. However, she might be having other grievances as would be evident from the said video. Presently, the petitioner is residing at her property without any disturbance from the respondents or other members.

It appears that the petitioner was escorted back to the property by the police as per order. However, if the petitioner has any other grievances, she shall be at liberty to agitate the same before the appropriate forum.

Therefore, no case is made out for hauling up the alleged contemnors for any deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court.

Therefore, the contempt application is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
