1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the evidence of the minor victim PW1. She stated she was subjected to penetrative sexual assault.

3. Keeping in mind the aforesaid evidence and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
