1. Husband of the writ petitioner was arrested in respect of the Nanoor Police Station Case No. 69 of 2026 dated May 6, 2026 under Sections 126(2)/ 118(2)/ 109(1)/ 103(1)/ 111(3)/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and 25(1A)/27(3)/35 of Arms Act read with Section 9B(2) of Explosive Act.

2. Court is informed that, the husband of the petitioner is presently in judicial custody in respect of such police case.

3. In such circumstances, no further order need be passed in this writ petition.
