In Re: W.P.A No. 9974 of 2022

1. The writ petitioner seeks intervention of this Court to seek a direction on the Manteswar Police Station to take steps in respect of complaint dated 02.12.2021 against the private respondents.

2. Counsel for the State submits that in respect of an earlier complaint of the petitioner, FIR No. 172 of 2019 was registered. Investigation has been completed the Charge Sheet has been filed on 28th July, 2020.

3. There are also other civil proceedings pending by and between the parties.

4. This Court is of the view that in respect of any further complaint and particularly complaint dated 02.12.2021, the petitioner may approach Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P C.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
