Petitioner earlier lodged an information with the Electronics Complex PS Case No. 06/2020 dated 23.01.2020 under section 419/420/406/120B of IPC. The investigating authorities on conclusion of investigation submitted report under section 173 Cr.P.C. as FRMF (mistake of fact). The said report was submitted on or about 31.03.2022 before the learned Magistrate. Certain documents have been enclosed along with the report so submitted.

Since a final report has been submitted and the petitioner is aggrieved by the report so submitted, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate against the final report which has been submitted by the police authorities

in connection with Electronics Complex Police Station Case No. 06/2020.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10450 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
