Both the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for quashing the proceeding in connection with Bidhannagar North Police Station Case No. 21 dated 26.01.2015 under Section 420/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas.

Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has submitted a status report signed by the Inspector-in-charge, Bidhannagar, North P.S., Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate and the status report be kept with the record.

From the report, it appears that after investigation by the I.O in connection with aforementioned case, final report was filed being No. 189/17 dated 31.07.2017 under Section 420/406/506

of the Indian Penal Code and that was also accepted by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I find no reason to continue this revisional application as being infructuous.

Accordingly, this revisional application stands dismissed. Connected applications, if there be any, also stand dismissed.
