Received the report from the department. From the report, it is seen that notice was served upon the opposite party no.2. and the notice addressed to petitioner was served upon his relative as he died on 25.11.2020. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 also files one copy of death certificate, which is kept with the record.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, I find no reason to proceed with this revisional application further, when complainant died and no step is taken on behalf of the complainant.

Thus, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Connected application also stands dismissed.

Interim order, if there be any, also stands vacated. Department is directed to communicate the copy of this order to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatal, Paschim Midnapore.
