This writ petition was dismissed on 8th September, 2021.

Subsequently the matter was mentioned by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner for correction of some typographical mistake in the said order.

In the third line of first paragraph at page 1 of the said order the expression "scheduled caste" will be read as "scheduled tribe" and in the last line of the said paragraph the expression "there are two declared vacancies" will be read as "there is one declared vacancy".

The second paragraph in the first page should read as "the petitioner submits that the said vacancy has not been filled up allegedly because the

candidates could not obtain the minimum cut-off marks fixed by IACS".

The order dated 8th September, 2021 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remains unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
