The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation before the Director of Industrial Training, West Bengal, Karigari Bhawan, being the respondent no. 3 in the instant writ petition but such representation has not been considered by the respondent authority till date. Learned Counsel appearing for the State respondent is present. The Director of Industrial Training, the respondent no. 3 in the instant writ petition is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner is requested to serve a copy of this writ petition to the Director of Industrial Training, West Bengal to the respondent no. 3 along with the order of this Court positively within seven days from today.

The Director of Industrial Training, the respondent no. 3 to communicate the reasoned order at an earliest. With the above direction WPA 11225 of 2021 is disposed of. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the writ

petition, all the issues are left open to the Director of Industrial Training, West Bengal, being the respondent no. 3 to be decided by him.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.
