This writ petition styled as a public interest litigation seeks for cancellation of e-tender, which has already been concluded. The representation given by the petitioner through his counsel clearly shows that the attack is on the eligibility of the successful bidder.

This is sufficient to show that there is a private interest involved in this writ petition and,

therefore, we are not inclined to grant any relief, as sought for, in the writ petition.

However, if a person, who is really aggrieved, has any grievance, it will be open to the said person to initiate proceedings in accordance with law. 4.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that more or less identical relief has been sought for in another writ petition and the same was dismissed.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
