1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner alleges non-payment of the bills.

3. Learned advocates representing the State respondents and the Teacher-in-Charge of the school submit that the petitioner did not perform the work in terms of the work order issued.

4. As it appears that the bills of the petitioner are pending payment at the end of the District Education Officer and there are allegations that the petitioner did not perform the work in terms of the work order, accordingly, the District Education Officer, Sarba Siksha Mission, Purulia being the respondent no. 3 herein is directed to consider and dispose of the prayer of the petitioner for releasing the payment after giving opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties including the Teacher-in-Charge of the school at the earliest but positively within a period of

eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. If it appears that any amount is due and payable to the petitioner, then necessary steps shall be taken to disburse the same. If the amount is disputed, then the same shall be made known to the petitioner.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
