A complaint to this effect appears to have been lodged with the Noapara Police Station, Dist.: North 24-Parganas. It is further submitted by the petitioner that the private respondents have also demanded money from his client to make construction. The same however, does not appear from the complaint.

However, since the petitioner has expressed in writing that the private respondents are obstructing him in the process of construction over his land, the Officer-in-charge, Noapara Police Station shall provide necessary police protection to the petitioner at his cost.

The Officer-in-charge, Noapara Police Station shall also ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and that the petitioner is not disturbed in the process of effecting lawful construction on his land.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
