Learned senior standing counsel appearing for the State submits that so far as the portion of the order requiring the police to extend assistance for the petitioner to return to his residence was complied with. There is no dispute with regard to that.

The private respondents are represented.

There are allegations and counter allegations by the private parties against each other.

Since the police are continuing with the investigation, further interference at this stage is not called for. W.P.A 11192 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all legal formalities.
