We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the co-accused Jane Alam Sk @ Kota ws rejected in November 2022. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the said coaccused. Trial is in progress. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is directed to consider the issue of framing of charge on the next date fixed and if it is unable to do so, positively within two months from the said date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. In the event charge is framed, the court shall proceed with the trial and dispose of the case with utmost expedition. Parties shall communicate the order to the trial court for necessary compliance.
