He submits that he was not named in the FIR.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record including the statement of daughter in law of the victim lady recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C disclosing prima facie role of the petitioner in the alleged crime.

In view of the aforesaid facts and the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case grant bail to the petitioner.
