Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he could not find anything in the bank locker and as such complained to the police authorities consequent to which Girish Park Police Station Case No. 12/24 was registered for investigation. The investigation commenced on 22.01.2024.

Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record.

Learned advocate appearing for the state submits that investigation of the case is under progress.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent/bank authority submits that the narratives which have been set out are denied and disputed by the bank authorities.

Since the investigation has already commenced in the month of January, 2024 and more than 10 months have passed since then, efforts be taken by the investigating authorities to conclude the investigation and submit a report before the jurisdictional magistrate at the earliest opportunity preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11388 of 2024 is disposed of.
