Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Suman De .....For the State The subject-matter of this present revisional application relates to challenge of Barasat Police Station Case No.363/2021 dated 23.06.2021 under Sections 354/ 509 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner approached this Court at a stage when the case was registered for investigation, more than one and half years have been passed in the meantime and this Court has not been appraised in respect of the present stage of the proceedings.

Mr. Suman Dey, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. Having considered the period of time which has lapsed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass the points, if any, at the time of consideration of charges before the learned Magistrate. No interference is called for at this stage. Accordingly, C.R.R. 1414 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
