1. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner claims that the petitioner stands on the same footing with another accused namely Monish Kumar who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 671 of 2026.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but in unable to refute the contention of the petitioner being similarly situated.

3. Having regard to the totality of the circumstances I am of the opinion that petitioner be released on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon the accused Monish Kumar while being released on bail in CRM (NDPS) 671 of 2026.

4. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 985 of 2026 is allowed.

5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
