This matter is listed for correction of typographical error, which crept in the order dated 24th September 2021. It is found that the name of the learned Advocate for the petitioner has been wrongly recorded as "Ramashis Mukherjee" instead of "Rabindra Nath Bag".

The mistake is apparent.

Let the name of the learned Advocate for the petitioner of the said order "Ramashis Mukherjee" be deleted and substituted by "Rabindra Nath Bag".

Let this order be read conjointly with order dated 24th September 2021.
