Smt. Kalwati Devi Mr. Anit Dey ...for the petitioner Though a direction to secure expeditious disposal of the suit has been proposed, but at the time of hearing, learned advocate for the petitioner restricts his submission seeking expeditious disposal of pending injunction application.

Admittedly, petitioner is the defendant suffering ad interim injunction. Petitioner/defendant has already submitted his written objection against the injunction application, and also filed an application for vacating the order of injunction.

The only contention thus expressed by the learned advocate for the petitioner is against the delay caused in the disposal of pending injunction application. No other point is raised, requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, in Title Suit No.10 of 2020, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of pending injunction application, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, subject to his suitability and convenience, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and her learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
