We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the driver of the vehicle which was used to take the victim to dispose of his body. Mobile phone of the deceased was recovered from his possession.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
