We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He does not stand on the same footing with coaccused who have been enlarged on bail. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
