Mr. Niladri Saha ...for the petitioner Mr. Sabir Ahmed, Mr. Simanta Kabir ...for the State respondents Mr. Kabir, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim girl has already been recovered and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 of the Code. As per order dated 16th August, 2022 passed by the learned Court below, the victim girl has been sent to the District Shelter Home, Nagendranagar, Krishnanagar, District Nadia for safe custody. Let the report, as filed, be kept on record. Mr. Saha, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has received information from the petitioner's husband that the victim girl has been recovered.

Since the victim girl has already been recovered, no further order is required to be passed in the present application.

The habeas corpus petition being WPA (H) 35 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
