Ms. Faria Hossain ...for the State It is submitted by Mr. Ganguly, learned senior counsel on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the provision contained in Section 14A of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, all orders passed by the trial Court are appealable.

Therefore, Mr. Ganguly, has prayed for withdrawal of the instant revision with liberty to prefer an appeal against the impugned order.

The petitioner is at liberty to withdraw the instant revision and accordingly, it is withdrawn.

The learned advocate on record on behalf of the petitioner is permitted to obtain certified copies of the

impugned orders after replacing the same with the photostat copies of such orders in the record. The department is directed to do the needful. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
