The application made by the petitioner seeking transfer is alleged to be pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. There is no proof evidencing submission of the application before the Board.

In view of the above, it will be open for the petitioner to file application for transfer. In the event,

such an application is made, the same shall be considered by the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education in accordance with law within a period of ninety days from the date of submission of the application. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
