2. Mr. Yusuf, learned Advocate representing the State and Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate representing the respondent no. 7, are present and submit that they have no objection if such phrase is added.

3. In view thereof, let such phrase be incorporated in the relevant portion of the order dated 13.11.2025, as suggested.

4. The remaining part of the order dated 13.11.2025 will remain intact.
