Ms. Sreeparna Das .....For the State This revisional application was preferred challenging the charge-sheet submitted in connection with Lake Town Police Station Case No.86/2020 dated 22.06.2020 under Sections 498A/ 406 of the Indian Penal Code and at the relevant period of time when the petitioners approached before this Court the same was pending before the learned A.C.J.M., Bidhannagar. I have considered the nature of allegations made by the complainant/opposite party no.2 at the time of registration of the First Information Report as well as the same being supported by different witnesses in course of investigation pursuant to which charge-sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional Court.

Having regard to the nature of allegations made and priamarily materials collected in support of the same, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for, at this stage.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 1421 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
