Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits in February, 2024. There is no change in the circumstance since then. Victim is yet to be examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
