The petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, despite an order passed by the Green Tribunal restraining any brick field being operated at the locale, the private respondent is continuing to do so. He submits that, the police despite the complain are not taking any steps. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police registered the complain of the petitioner as a First Information Report. During investigation, the police arrested one person. The police seized the machinery used in the brick field as also the bricks lying therein. The police on completion of investigation submitted a charge-sheet before the jurisdictional Court.

In such circumstances, the police having taken

steps as noted above, no interference is called for by the Writ Court.

WPA 11209 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
