The petitioner is a Constable working with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). The petitioner completed her training at Barwaha. Thereafter, she was posted at Chandigarh Airport. Then she was posted at Ranchi Airport. Thereafter, she was posted at New Delhi and lastly from September 1, 2016, the petitioner is posted at Kolkata Airport. The petitioner made an application for being retained at the Kolkata Airport on medical grounds. The petitioner was admitted to hospital from March 9, 2023 till March 14, 2023. Her husband is posted at Barasat and serving in the West Bengal Police Force. The petitioner's representation was not considered. The petitioner has been transferred to Delhi

Metro Railway Corporation. She has joined her present place of posting on May 12, 2023.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is pregnant at the present moment and also has a small child to look after, this Court directs the consideration of her representation uploaded on the portal and annexed at page 38 of the writ petition by the authorities concerned within six weeks from date. A reasoned order be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks of passing thereof. The existing vacancies with regard to the number of Constables of the CISF to be posted in Kolkata along with the extreme difficulties being faced by the petitioner will be taken into consideration while disposing of the representation of the petitioner. With the directions aforesaid, the writ petition being W.P.A. 10550 of 2023 is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been directed to be exchanged in the present writ petition, all the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the website of this Court.
