1. A minor was murdered.

2. Materials in the case diary suggest involvement of the petitioner in the incident.

3. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner notwithstanding the fact that the police filed charge sheet.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5. C.R.M. (A) 1446 of 2024 is dismissed.
