The petitioner is apprehensive that he is being threatened by the private respondent(s) of dire consequences.

It has also been pointed that the respondent no.5 happens to be the erstwhile wife of the petitioner and even after divorce and marital tie having been snapped, she forcefully entered into his

residence and is creating such problems.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities considered the history of the incidents and have drawn up a proceeding under Section 126/135(3) of the BNSS.

Having regard to the steps taken, I direct that the police authorities would continue their surveillance as also ensure that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10491 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
