1. Considering the nature of injury received by the victims on the vital part of the body, the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioners and the fact that investigation is going on, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

3. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
