By an order dated April 27, 2007 a coordinate Bench of this Court observed that the election as per the said notice dated April 24, 2007 may be held and the result thereof will abide by the result of the writ petition. Due to passage of time nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
