Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the information furnished to the Officer-in-charge, Shyampukur Police Station dated 13.12.2024 was not acted upon. Petitioner submits that there has been obstruction created and the petitioner has been subjected to harassment by throwing night soil at the kitchen shed.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that already a civil suit is pending before the City Civil Court in respect of the suit property referred to in the writ petition. Additionally it has been submitted on behalf of the private respondents that a criminal case is pending before the learned ACJM, Calcutta.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police authorities have found that amongst the co-sharers there are disputes and differences.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute and the civil court already in seisin of the matter, I direct the police authorities would ensure that both the petitioner and the private respondents should have free egress and ingress and the police authorities would also ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10616 of 2025 is disposed of.
