Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. Having considered the gravity of the offences and the complicity of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 4590 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
